Visual presentation and merchandise flow are central to this part-time Retail Merchandising Associate position at RW&CO Grandview Corners. Support a polished store environment.
This permanent store position focuses on keeping product well stocked, organized, accessible, and visually aligned with RW&CO standards. You will process deliveries, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and complete directed visual setups. Customer service remains part of the experience through prompt inquiries and useful feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain organized, accessible, visually aligned merchandise
- Process deliveries using company procedures
- Prepare received product for sales-floor placement
- Complete product placement, signage, and floor moves
- Maintain housekeeping and cohesive store presentation
- Attention to detail and consistent procedure-following
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good sense of style and fashion-trend knowledge
- Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to use a step ladder reaching 10 feet
