As a department manager, you oversee merchandise flow, expenses, standards, and daily execution within the store. You ensure products are stocked, displayed, and priced appropriately while monitoring inventory and coordinating replenishment. The role also includes developing associates, managing departmental expenses, assisting with budgets, and communicating with store leaders. Retail management experience and knowledge of customer service, merchandising, and inventory management are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain appropriate merchandise stocking, displays, and pricing
