Support customers at Walmart in Surrey while protecting patient confidentiality and maintaining accurate over-the-counter department operations. Apply organized pharmacy retail practices daily.
As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you will assist customers and maintain the department under Pharmacy Manager direction. The work includes stock rotation, zoning, pricing accuracy, modular presentation, and equipment calibration. You will follow Walmart’s Basic Beliefs, values, Privacy Act practices, and established procedures while keeping the area clean and orderly.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers while maintaining exemplary customer service standards
- Protect patient confidentiality under Privacy Act practices
- Rotate stock and check products for expiration
- Zone the department and maintain modular presentation
- Calibrate equipment used in prescription filling processes
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to follow patient privacy practices consistently
- Ability to maintain zero pricing errors
- Ability to follow ordering and pricing procedures
- Ability to keep the department clean and orderly
