Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek customers and assess their project requirements
- Provide product feature information and related item recommendations
- Promote Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services
- Educate customers about their complete project
- Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or trade experience is an asset
- Proactive interest in product and service knowledge
- Customer focus and effective communication
- Flexibility for evening and weekend schedules
