Customer Experience Operations Leader

Lead Indigo’s customer experience operations through coaching, payment execution, and sales floor leadership in a full-time permanent retail position.

The Customer Operations Leader – Store Experience guides Customer Experience Representatives on service, products, promotions, and programs. This leader supports omni sales results, customer-focused decisions, store operations, employee development, and technology-enabled solutions.

• Coach representatives on customer service and product selling
• Execute activities supporting sales goals and profitability targets
• Lead payment operations, cash office, and payment desk maintenance
• Open and close the store while managing the sales floor
• Support hiring, training, and employee development activities

• One to two years in customer service, merchandising, or operations
• Experience leading others and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards
• Ability to prioritize, plan, execute, and remain agile
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
