Process liquor sales and support shoppers at Angry Otter Liquor @ Westgate in Surrey, with cashiering, refunds, returns, and gift card activation.
This Part-Time Liquor Store Associate reports to the Liquor Store Manager and supports daily retail operations. Responsibilities include balancing the register, promoting sales through product knowledge, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and keeping the store organized. Strong communication, problem solving, and quick learning are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Process register transactions, refunds, returns, and gift cards
- Balance the register drawer at shift end
- Use product knowledge to promote liquor sales
- Check and put away incoming deliveries
- Keep store and storage areas clean
- Serving It Right license is required
- Must be over 19 years of age
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
