Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads a high-performing team and promotes excellent store standards. This leadership role combines recruiting, training, coaching, operational efficiency, sales, and productivity targets. You will build loyal customer relationships while maximizing store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote positive shopping experiences for GARAGE customers
Build loyal customer relationships through exceptional service
Recruit, train, and coach team members
Lead operational efficiency and excellent store standards
Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Three to five years of management experience
Fashion clothing management experience preferred
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring fashion leadership, customer focus, team coaching, and sales execution to GARAGE as Store Manager.
