Lead Clarks retail operations part time through customer service and sales performance. Support store execution while representing an iconic shoemaking brand.
Clarks is looking for a Part Time Team Lead to support store performance. You will manage merchandise organization, shipment receipt, customer service, and employee coaching. The position includes responsibility for policies, procedures, loss prevention, and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Manager on Duty when managers are absent
- Deliver positive sales performance consistently
- Organize merchandise and back stock properly
- Receive shipments and maintain a clean work environment
- Train and coach employees on policies and procedures
- Practice impeccable customer service skills
- Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
- Exemplify the Clarks Brand
- Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies
- Stand, bend, climb, move ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
