Position SummaryThe Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to fill our independent living community by increasing occupancy
. This role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into move-ins, and building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families. Success in this position means achieving and maintaining full occupancy through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement.
Drive Occupancy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve full occupancy.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track conversion rates.
Lead Management:
- Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule tours for prospective residents and families.
- Deliver compelling tours and presentations that highlight the benefits of living at Bolivar Creek.
- Follow up consistently to close sales and secure move-ins.
Community Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.
- Represent Bolivar Creek at community events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Marketing
Collaboration:- Work closely with the Senior Director of Brand Communications & Marketing to align campaigns with occupancy goals.
- Provide feedback on marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Resident
Experience:- Ensure a smooth and positive transition for new residents from inquiry to move-in.
- Act as a trusted advisor to families during the decision-making process.
- Proven success in sales, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the senior living industry and local market is an asset.
