This full-time position interfaces directly with customers to recommend the ideal Volvo model that meets their unique needs. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will conduct informative vehicle demonstrations and manage the purchasing journey with professionalism. Collaborate with management on pricing and financing options while ensuring smooth vehicle deliveries for client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers in-store and online with professionalism
• Build rapport to assess and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct detailed vehicle presentations and engaging test drives
• Present pricing and financing structures in collaboration with management
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow up consistently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Eligible for VSA license; available weekends and evenings
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and organized attitude
