Regional Manager for Foodservice Sales

Lead protein sales across British Columbia with Maple Leaf Foods as the Regional Manager. This role focuses on customer relationships and strategic solutions to drive growth.

As the Regional Manager, Distribution Sales, you will oversee commercial performance and business strategies for B.C. food service markets. This high-level position requires a combination of deep market knowledge and exceptional relationship management skills. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing P&L objectives while collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales efforts across B.C. for protein products

• Manage P&L to meet volume and gross profit targets

• Develop joint business plans with key customers

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Food service sales and management

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
