Use Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analysis skills as an Account Specialist supporting e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN retailers in Canada.
The Account Specialist, Sales assists Account Managers with customer management functions and daily customer relations. You will support item setup, retailer portals, sales reporting, assortment planning, in-store activations, and project management. This role works with retailer partners and cross-functional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain retailer item setup, content, and images
- Own digital implementation for
- Prepare weekly sales reports and analyze assortment performance
- Support merchandising, displays, and visual merchandising briefs
- Monitor competitive launches and maintain customer relationships
- Two to four-plus years of sales experience
- Account management experience with retailer partners
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar major
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, computer, and analytical skills
- Planning, communication, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills
Support retailer execution for e.l.f. Beauty through sales reporting, digital maintenance, customer relations, and organized account management.
