Practice Lead

Lead payments practice growth from Canada remotely, combining payment expertise with go-to-market strategy and executive engagement. Travel up to 25% supports workshops and partner events.

As Practice Lead, Payments & Financial Infrastructure, you will build scalable services across payment modernization, billing, marketplaces, and AI-enabled commerce. You will partner with sales, delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to create revenue-generating offerings. The work includes business cases, roadmaps, solution shaping, and senior stakeholder communication.

• Build joint go-to-market strategies with strategic payments partners
• Launch scalable payment migration and checkout optimization offerings
• Lead executive workshops, assessments, and actionable roadmaps
• Develop ROI models using authorization, fraud, and conversion data
• Support proposals, RFPs, discovery, and implementation guidance

• At least five years of payments industry experience
• Experience with partnerships, co-selling, and commercial pursuits
• Knowledge of authorization, tokenization, fraud, disputes, and reconciliation
• Practical Stripe Payments, Connect, or Billing experience
• Canada-based and legally eligible to work remotely
