Power School needs a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide strategic accounts through renewals, executive engagement, and measurable value realization.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and internal quarterback for complex customer organizations. The role combines account health forecasting, Executive Business Reviews, adoption analysis, and renewal strategy. Close partnership with Sales supports retention and identifies expansion opportunities through customer insight.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-lead Executive Business Reviews focused on delivered customer value
- Maintain health signals, risks, and next steps in CRM systems
- Strategize renewals with Sales through value-based narratives
- Identify expansion opportunities through adoption and unmet needs
- Lead internal account reviews to reduce escalations
- 5+ years of relevant customer-facing SaaS experience
- Experience managing renewals, strategic accounts, and executive stakeholders
- Executive communication and presentation skills for EBRs
- Strong planning skills across multiple strategic accounts
- Ability to balance advocacy with commercial realities
