Theft Prevention and Security Associate

This position supports management in minimizing theft and fostering an environment of Asset Protection awareness. You will work with law enforcement, conduct investigations, and organize community events while coaching staff on best practices. Expect to engage in audits and be adaptable with your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Detect and apprehend theft and fraud within retail spaces
• Engage with police for external investigations
• Conduct internal investigations and document findings
• Collaborate to identify shrinkage opportunities
• Organize and participate in community safety events
Requirements:
• Valid Provincial Security Guard License is essential
• Familiarity with criminal law and monitoring systems
• Initiative and integrity to operate in dynamic situations
• Professional, approachable demeanor with great communication skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
