Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week

Compensation: $36.60 per hour. Overtime at 1.5 times after 8hrs per day/40hrs per week

• Supervise security guards to ensure post orders are followed, established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filled.
• Evaluate, access, and analyze the performance of the security guards.
• Prepare work schedules, procedures, and patrol priorities.
• Train recent staff members in the job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Resolve work-related problems or issues.
• Prepare and submit up-to-date reports, timesheets, staff evaluation reports, and site safety, risk, and quality assurance assessments.
• Patrol several of the sites to ensure the site safety and there is a security guard is on site.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Proactively respond and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.

• Education:
  
  Completion of Secondary School
• Experience:
  
  One year of related experience.
• Language:
  English
