Security Officer

Position: Security Officer at Civic Hotel
Enhance safety and guest experience as a Security Officer at Civic Hotel in Surrey, BC. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident response, and excellent service to maintain security.

Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection, is seeking a dedicated Security Officer reporting to the Security Supervisor. You will ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires multitasking and strong attention to detail in a busy hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests and staff

• Conduct regular patrols to deter theft and vandalism

• Monitor access points and assist with facility entry

• Respond to emergency situations and aid in procedures

• Complete incident reports and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Worker License required

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar security role

• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems

• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
