Reporting to the Security Manager, this position combines conflict resolution and safety monitoring. As a Security Officer, you will handle access control and surveillance, maintain logs, and assist both guests and team members. Your ability to assess and respond to various situations will be crucial in delivering respectful and effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document incidents and report violations promptly

• Patrol interior and exterior areas for safety compliance

• Conduct identification checks and manage lost and found items

• Provide excited crowd control and guest escorting

• Administer first aid when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

• Two years of public service or security experience

• Must possess a valid BC Security License

• Current First Aid/CPR certification required

• Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills needed
