Security Officer Position

Become a Security Officer at Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Surrey, BC, ensuring safety and exceptional guest service. Engage in proactive monitoring and responsive security measures.

This critical role reports to the Security Supervisor, where your primary job is to protect individuals and property. You will engage with guests and the public while patrolling to prevent crime. A keen focus on detail and a high standard of hospitality will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service and security supervision

• Patrol the premises to maintain property safety

• Assist with access control and visitor management

• Manage emergencies and execute safety protocols

• Complete all required reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Current BC Security Worker License is necessary

• Must have Occupational First Aid Level 1

• 3 years’ experience in hotel or security sectors

• Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems

• Ability to work flexible shifts as required
