We're hiring a Watch Officer to maintain security at our facilities. This position demands a highly organized professional with a focus on monitoring incidents and ensuring compliance.

The Watch Officer will serve as an advisor on security issues and procedures while executing daily protocols for personnel protection. Your analytical skills will be key in compiling data concerning incidents and losses, working closely with internal and external partners during security events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security measures for personnel and assets

• Respond to alarms and incidents as per procedures

• Maintain records related to security breaches and accidents

• Support internal investigations per company policies

• Suggest improvements for incident response and security

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph eligibility

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional experience in security operations

• Familiarity with emergency response protocols

• Ability to analyze threat reports and communications
