Under the Security Manager's guidance, Security Officers safeguard property assets while providing excellent service. This role commands skills in conflict resolution, first aid response, and surveillance. Engage with guests, monitor activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document safety violations and suspicious activities

• Enforce access controls and perform s as needed

• Conduct regular property patrols and escort guests

• Respond to first aid incidents and assist with service programs

• Record daily logs and manage lost and found items

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Two years in a public-facing service role

• Valid Security License and driver’s license

• First Aid/CPR certification

• Strong problem-solving abilities
