Security Officer at Great Canadian

Become a Security Officer at Great Canadian Entertainment and safeguard our casino's assets while providing exceptional service. This role demands vigilance against theft and fraud, combined with a welcoming approach to guests.

Reporting to the Security Manager, this position plays a vital role in protecting both our guests and team members. If you have two years of experience in a service-oriented role and enjoy problem-solving, this role is an excellent fit. You'll manage access control, escort visitors, and be involved in documenting incidents throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document violations and potential hazards

• Enforce restricted access policies effectively

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols

• Escort guests and assist them with inquiries

• Provide first aid and medical assistance when needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma; post-secondary education an asset

• Two years service industry experience required

• Valid Security Licence and driver's license

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
