Overnight Concierge and Security Roles

Provide safety and support as an Overnight Concierge/Security at our facility. Ensure a clean, secure environment while being the primary responder to resident emergencies.

In this essential overnight role, you will monitor the premises, conduct regular security checks, and assist residents in emergencies. Your responsibilities will include light housekeeping duties, basic concierge tasks, and staying alert to any security risks throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras continuously and conduct full security checks

• Respond immediately to resident pendant calls and emergencies

• Provide basic first aid and support until help arrives

• Answer phone calls and assist visitors at the front desk

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restock supplies

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent required

• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

• Experience in security or customer service preferred

• Good communication and observation skills necessary

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
