Security Officer Role for Casino Protection

Protect guests and assets at our Casino as a Security Officer in British Columbia. Commit to providing exceptional service while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

In this role, you will be supervised by the Security Manager and entrusted with various duties, including monitoring suspicious activities and performing crowd control. Your position is pivotal in safeguarding guests and maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a friendly atmosphere. Strong judgment and the ability to respond to emergencies will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report all violations and unsafe conditions

• Enforce security protocols and access restrictions

• Assist guests and team members with their needs

• Conduct regular property patrols for security assurance

• Provide first aid and aid in the Self-Exclusion program

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent necessary

• Two years of experience in customer service or security preferred

• Valid BC Security License and Class 5 driver's license needed

• First Aid/CPR certification is a must

• Strong problem solving and observational skills required
