Full-Time Security Guard

Guard Nation Security Solutions Inc. is seeking four motivated candidates to fill full-time Security Guard positions. You will patrol the premises, manage security equipment, and prevent theft while enforcing regulations. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and teamwork. Successful candidates will also handle surveillance monitoring and respond to emergencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor activities on the premises

• Operate and maintain security control room equipment

• Enforce regulations and resolve conflicts

• Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft

• Control entrance and departure of individuals

Requirements:

• Must have a Security Guard License

• Thorough Criminal record check

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong judgemental abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
