You will partner with management to train staff and implement safety measures within the store. Your responsibilities include detecting theft, managing inventory accuracy using RFID, and reporting incidents effectively to the Area Loss Prevention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce Loss Prevention strategies with store teams

• Detect and recover stolen merchandise safely

• Manage exceptions based on reporting systems

• Assist with financial inventory and cycle counts

• Communicate regularly with Loss Prevention teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Loss Prevention or security

• Comprehensive knowledge of related laws and regulations

• Proven skills with Loss Prevention tech like CCTV

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Regular travel within assigned locations
