• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Respond to security alerts, emergency calls, and requests
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate incident responses
• Identify suspicious behaviour and potential security risks
• Maintain incident reports, daily logs, and communication records

• Minimum two years of security experience
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfort with computers and monitoring equipment
• Availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays
