NWPM is growing and hiring a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects. We provide full training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a construction crew
- Operate a company truck and equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, compactor)
- Install synthetic grass, paving stones, retaining walls, and softscape elements
- Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
- Valid driver’s license (required — you will operate a company truck)
- Strong leadership mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- Construction/landscape experience is an asset but not required — we will train you
