Position: (CAN) Maintenance Associate- Building (Monday to Friday, 13:00PM - 21:30PM)
Position Summary
Responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of building equipment including shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems, etc.
What you’ll do
Primary responsibilities will be the repair and preventative maintenance of building equipment including shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems, etc.Support CMMS and associated Maintenance processesBlueprint interpretation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural.Commitment to promoting Health and Safety in a team environmentUnderstand and effectively follow all procedures, policies including those established by the equipment manufacturerPerformance of all duties in accordance with Provincial laws, training and company proceduresStrong knowledge of lock out/tag out proceduresMaintaining productivity and hygiene standards in accordance with policyThe rate of pay for this position starts from $29.72/hr.
