In your role, you will engage with at-risk youth and provide essential support for their immediate needs. You will collaborate with other professionals to help clients establish short- and long-term goals while navigating challenges related to mental health or substance use. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a safe and effective program environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard youth into Phoenix's program services effectively
• Facilitate youth meetings and recreational activities
• Aid clients in daily activities and resource access
• Uphold safety standards within the residence
• Analyze and document case files thoroughly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in community social services
• Driver’s license with a clean record
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Crisis Intervention training is a plus
