Temporary Youth Support Worker

This temporary role in the U-Turn/U-Link team aims to help youth achieve their personal goals. Ideal candidates will work closely with caregivers, providing close supervision and guidance as they become more engaged in their communities. Your focus will be on addressing mental health, addiction, and behavioral challenges through consistent interaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Services Coordinator and Family Caregivers
• Provide close community supervision for youth
• Implement interventions addressing complex healthcare needs
• Maintain positive relationships with Family Caregivers
• Teach life skills and support integration into community
Requirements:
• 1 year experience with high-risk youth
• Knowledge of youth care best practices
• Valid Basic First Aid certificate required
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License
• CCRC clearance through Ministry required
