Position: Temporary ISSP Support Worker Needed
Seek a fulfilling role at PLEA Community Services as a Temporary Intensive Support & Supervision Program Worker in Surrey, BC. Focus on guiding youth with complex needs towards healthier life choices.

This role involves engaging with youths who require support to prevent re-offending. As part of the Daughters & Sisters and Waypoint teams, you will provide supervision, implement strategies for personal goals, and ensure compliance with court orders. Working flexible hours, you will create connections that foster rehabilitation through community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement case management plans and strategies for youth

• Provide community supervision and support

• Monitor court compliance and conduct periodic checks

• Facilitate access to community resources

• Engage youth in recreational and social activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or human services

• Experience with youth in the criminal justice system

• Access to a personal vehicle for job-related travel

• Must have valid Basic First Aid certification

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance
