Become a Team Lead for Youth Services at Pacific Community Resources Society in Surrey North. Supervise and enhance outreach programs focused on youth empowerment for ages 13-18.
This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and a dedication to providing high-quality, youth-centered services in the YOESS program. You will support vulnerable youth while ensuring program integrity, financial oversight, and staff mentorship. This role emphasizes collaboration and effective service delivery for positive youth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in managing program operations and financial requirements
• Maintain direct support for a small caseload of youth
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting a culturally safe workplace
• Ensure continuous improvement of program components
• Document and report case notes accurately
Requirements:
• B.A. in CYC, YCJ, or related field with relevant experience
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong youth work and mentoring skills
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication
• Criminal record check and a driving license required
