As an ISSP Worker Float, you will provide critical one-on-one supervision, facilitating activities that address complex needs and promote healthy living. Your engagement will help youth navigate their challenges while fostering a supportive community. The position includes a flexible scheduling arrangement tailored to ensure effective supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies in collaboration with probation officers
• Provide intensive supervision and community support
• Monitor youth's compliance with legal orders
• Facilitate access to community resources
• Build positive relationships that enhance personal growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a social field or similar
• Minimum one year of experience with at-risk youth
• Strong facilitation and crisis intervention skills
• Knowledge of youth justice and welfare systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
