This full-time float role involves working directly with youth aged 13-18 who require intensive support. Your efforts will focus on emotional health, substance use services, and housing stability, allowing you to build meaningful relationships to foster resilience and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address specific needs and aspirations of youth
• Connect youth to family, health, and housing services
• Collaborate effectively with multiple community stakeholders
• Employ Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused strategies
• Provide targeted support in mental health and addictions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-Year Diploma in related field
• 1 year of outreach experience required
• In-depth understanding of youth trauma and recovery
• Additional preferred training in relevant areas
• Flexibility in work scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Drive impactful change for youth through dedicated outreach and supportive service initiatives.
