SOURCES seeks a Casual Community Inclusion Worker in Cloverdale to empower individuals seeking support for their independence and integration into the community. Flexibility in your schedule is essential for this role.
In this casual role, you will support individuals with diverse needs, implementing personalized service plans that facilitate employment and community access. Your work will include job coaching, community participation, and collaborating with local employers to enhance job opportunities for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in achieving independence and personal goals
• Design tailored service plans fostering inclusion and employment
• Build relationships with employers for job placement
• Provide coaching and support during employment
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or related field preferred
• Experience in community-based support or job development
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
