As a Case Management Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through OES applications and return-to-work strategies. The position requires collaboration with employment counselors and coordination of resources to facilitate successful job starts and ongoing training needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for client eligibility on services

• Create personalized action plans for job readiness

• Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate client services

• Collaborate on financial support and employment interventions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in counseling or related fields

• Career Development Practitioner certification preferred

• Strong understanding of labor market trends

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Additional language skills in Arabic, Swahili, or Somali preferred
