Join Phoenix Society in Rising Sun as a Full Time Residential Support Worker. This temporary position involves client monitoring and supporting their successful reintegration into the community.
You’ll work closely within the integrated services team, following a structured Monday to Friday schedule, to help clients navigate their reintegration process.
Your role will emphasize building trust, maintaining records, and working with local partnerships to ensure safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client adherence to community conditions
• Document client progress and community reintegration plans
• Establish trust-based therapeutic relationships
• Provide emergency support and reporting
• Conduct administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Must have a Grade 12 diploma
• Certificate in Community Social Service required
• At least one year working with marginalized populations
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Ability to complete mandatory training accurately
