Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a positive living environment for youth
• Administer admissions and discharges of residents
• Keep daily logs of activities and visitors
• Encourage youth involvement in referred programs
• Implement sanitation and safety procedures in the house
Requirements:
• Child and Youth Care diploma or similar experience
• Valid Food Safe and First Aid certificates
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities
• Understanding of cultural diversity and socio-economic barriers
• Criminal Record Check required for employment
