In this position, you will assist clients in completing OES applications and developing thorough action plans for employment success. You will collaborate closely with other counselors and external agencies to track client progress and monitor the effectiveness of training interventions. Strong organizational and communication skills will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in navigating OES application processes
• Create and manage customized job-start plans
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions
• Collaborate with external stakeholders for resource access
• Monitor and report on client engagement and services
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in employment counseling or similar fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ICM required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work sensitively with diverse clients
• Proficient English communication skills needed
