Intensive Youth Support Worker

Ideal candidates will have experience working with high-risk youth and a strong understanding of social services. You will function as part of an integrated team, delivering tailored activities and supervision to foster personal growth and compliance with court orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement targeted strategies for individual youth
• Provide direct support and supervision in community settings
• Conduct compliance checks and assist with court requirements
• Facilitate access to valuable community resources
• Promote recreational and social engagement for youth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field preferred
• At least one year of relevant experience is required
• Valid Class 5 B.C. driver's license and clean record
• Ability to travel across the Lower Mainland
• Must fulfill BCGEU membership requirements
