Associate Counsellor; RCC - Model of Private Practice

Nightingale Counselling & Research is hiring an Associate Counsellor for a full‑time, in‑person role based in Vancouver. Candidates will work a stable caseload of 18–22 clients per week and collaborate closely with a small, supportive team focused on non‑manualised, long‑term therapy.

• Deliver weekly in‑person counselling sessions (with some online flexibility)
• Maintain an ongoing caseload; manage scheduling and documentation within the clinic’s system
• Participate in regular case discussions and supervision sessions with the Clinical Director to develop therapeutic approaches
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities

• $100K+ annual income with no more than 5% variation year‑round
• Full T4 employment: 4% vacation pay, paid sick leave, CPP & EI contributions, extended health/dental coverage, Professional Development budget, and Work SafeBC/Liability coverage
• Built‑in volume of clients—no need to run a personal business or chase new clients
