As the Indigenous Youth Support and Program Coordinator, you will lead in planning and implementing activities that connect youth with family, community, and culture. Key responsibilities include managing client caseloads, developing programs in consultation with the supervisor, and facilitating necessary referrals. Your effective leadership will elevate the program's impact within Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop youth programs and activities
• Assist clients with independent living agreements
• Manage client caseloads with follow-up support
• Coordinate sessions with community partners
• Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to program standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services;
Bachelor’s preferred
• Three years of related experience
• Knowledge of Métis and Indigenous issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
Drive positive change for Indigenous youth and foster community connections through effective program coordination.
