Position: Peer Coordinator with Options Community Services

This multifaceted role focuses on leading peer-based services and community engagement. You'll mentor individuals and facilitate solutions grounded in harm reduction and trauma-informed practices. Applicants should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, showcasing a strong understanding of community services and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor peers and coordinate essential support services

• Facilitate group activities and community development events

• Advocate for improved access to health and housing

• Build partnerships with service providers and local organizations

• Support individuals facing personal health barriers

Requirements:

• Lived experience with homelessness or mental health concerns

• Education in social services or relevant field

• 2-3 years of direct experience in peer support roles

• Familiarity with recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices

• Excellent mentorship and facilitation skills
