Join Fraser Health as a Full Time Representative in Disability Management located in Surrey, B.C. This role focuses on promoting early return to work through effective rehabilitation planning.
As a key member of the Absence Management & Stay-at-Work team, you will work collaboratively with employee representatives and stakeholders to enhance return to work outcomes. The position requires a blend of tactical case management and empathetic communication to guide employee recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication for Enhanced Disability Management Program
• Support injured/ill employees through proactive case triage
• Create and implement effective recovery plans
• Educate on collective agreement provisions and legislation
• Track employee progress and maintain case records
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field plus 3-5 years experience
• Familiarity with disability management principles
• Proficiency in disability case management
• Computer skills with applicable software
• Leadership capabilities in team settings
