As the program lead, you will take charge of planning and executing supportive activities tailored for youth. Your primary duties will include managing caseloads, facilitating referrals, and conducting impactful sessions that promote independence and cultural understanding. Building a Youth Advisory Council will also be key to amplifying youth voices in programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design culturally relevant youth programming
• Provide one-on-one support to clients
• Coordinate with community service providers for resources
• Evaluate programs based on participant feedback
• Manage program staff and volunteer training
Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services;
Bachelor’s desirable
• Three years of experience including program coordination
• Strong understanding of Métis and Indigenous issues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle
