Your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive environment.

This position focuses on building trust and promoting emotional well-being among clients aged 17-24. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clients have access to essential services and activities that help them develop life skills and cope with challenges. This on-call position demands flexibility and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce and orient youth to program services

• Develop meaningful connections with young clients

• Coordinate youth activities for engagement and support

• Respond to immediate client needs effectively

• Document and manage youth case files appropriately

Requirements:

• High school diploma and Community Social Service certificate

• Recent experience in youth-focused social services

• Clean Class 5 driver's license required

• Basic First Aid/CPR certification preferred

• Food Safe certification mandatory
