As a Program Support Worker, you will report to the Program Manager and assist guests with mental, developmental, and physical needs. You'll facilitate tenant intakes, develop service plans, and ensure that basic needs are met. This rewarding position enables you to make a significant impact on individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in tenant intakes and assessments
• Develop service plans and conduct crisis interventions
• Work closely with individuals to meet their basic needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and statistics
• Assist with volunteers and practicum students onsite
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services
• Minimum Grade 12 and two years of related experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Class 5 driver's license and business insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
