In this role, you'll report to the Program Manager and assist clients in developing their life skills, managing medication, and participating in recreational programs. Your responsibilities include maintaining documentation and providing feedback from interactions with clients. Working in a safe, welcoming environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer feedback on clients' needs and development
• Assist clients in various life skills and personal care
• Administer meds and remind clients of their schedules
• Oversee client participation in social activities
• Keep accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Certificate in Community Social Service preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in related fields
• First Aid and CPR certification essential
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal records check
