Responsibilities include respecting individual rights, assisting with daily activities, and documenting important health information. Engage in creating a supportive community that fosters independence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for the rights of supported individuals
• Participate in Personal Service Plans development
• Assist with daily living tasks and medication
• Maintain a clean and organized home environment
• Build positive relationships with family and professionals
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion and community support diploma
• At least 2 years in social services or healthcare
• First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certificates
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Clear criminal record for vulnerable populations
